Hearts of Iron III is a grand strategy wargame by Paradox Interactive that is the sequel to the previous Hearts of Iron games. Hearts of Iron 3 will allow the player to take control of almost any nation that existed or even plausibly could have existed during the period of 1936–1948, guiding it through World War II. A variety of decisions regarding the armed forces, production, research, diplomacy and politics is the focus of the game.
The third installment in the critically acclaimed Hearts of Iron series, this game focuses on satisfying veteran players through a multitude of brand new features and systems, including a huge map with more than 14,000 provinces. Put your battle plans into action and take control of countries ranging from larger superpowers such as Russia or the United States, to smaller nations such as Costa Rica.

PROPER:
1) Our rip is 9 discs smaller than Hearts of Iron III READNFO-VACE and thus a valid proper. VACE told in their nfo it is possible to make a proper gamerip by ripping the cache files. Well, we havent ripped them. In our gamerip everything is included that is included in the VACE rip.
2) The VACE rip does not add the correct installation path to the registry. So if you are trying to install the v1.1 patch the files get extracted to the windows folder and not into the game folder.
With our rip the patch will install correctly.
Installation Notes
1. Unzip and unrar into a directory of your choice.
2. Run setup.bat to extract game data.
3. Install vcredist x86.exe if you havent installed it already.
4. Start the game with hoi3.exe.
